I principally coach entrepreneurs and brands to help build meaningful and sustainable creative businesses.

My Background, Coach Training and Approach
Background
I have over twenty-five years of experience as company director and co-founder of UK luxury fashion and interiors company, Matthew Williamson. During this time I have directed and managed international growth along with corporate transition and been responsible for all company operations. Overall, I have learned the importance of harnessing and trusting the creative impulses that drive a successful enterprise in order to mould a business that is both sustainable and aligned to the founders’ vision and values.
Coach Training and Approach
My coaching journey began with a 7 month training program starting July 2023 with Barefoot coaching in business and personal coaching. In October 2024 I gained the ACC qualification from the ICF after 100 hours of coaching and passing the accrediation exam. I am particularly drawn to intuitive coaching techniques as a portal to creating foundational change for my clients.
I believe that coaching is a true partnership between the coach and the client in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. Through coaching conversations, my coaching goal is to ask the most impactful and relevant questions in service to the clients growth and movement towards achieving their own goals.
